After you place your order it normally takes 4-5 days to ship. Ready to ship products ship in 1 business day.

After your order is processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided during checkout. There should be a link included in that email to send you directly to the USPS website to track your order. If not simply go to usps.com/tracking to follow your order on its way to you. (A signature is required to confirm delivery.)

Due to the quality of our products we rarely ever get a unsatisfied customer. Nevertheless, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. (This includes combed, brushed out, or tousled with.) So in other words, if you want to exchange the hair must be able to resell. Please contact us to do so.

Yes the hair can be dyed. We recommend you allow a professional to dye your hair extensions and stay away from cheap products to keep from damaging the hair.
With the proper care and maintenance this hair can last 1-2 years or more! Check out our Hair Care Tips on maintaining your hair and keeping it looking flawless!
How many bundles you purchase depends on the look you want to achieve. Keep in mind the longer the length the shorter wefts.
For a full install with 12-16 inches 2-3 bundles, 18-22 inches 3 bundles, 24" or longer we recommend at least 4 bundles of hair for a fuller look.
Bundles weigh at 3.5-4oz.
A full sew in weave will need about 10-12 oz of hair.
The longer the length the more bundles you will need, because longer lengths = shorter wefts. Please keep this in mind when purchasing the hair.
